For as long as I can remember I have always been an insomniac. Staying up until seven or eight in the morning, then waking up around one in the afternoon made the day seem like it was already gone! I decided that maybe it was time to talk to the doctor about getting sleeping pills. The doctor prescribed me a very effective sleeping pill and now I am finally able to get a good night’s sleep.

I’ve always been interested in learning how to build muscles. My first experience came in high school when I signed up for weight training class. The teacher was also the head football coach. Being quite interested in the sport, but lacking the physical makeup to be on the team of yet, he assigned me extraneous work in addition to my weights which included carrying water coolers out to the field.
