I Need To Breathe!

Sunday, January 31st, 2010

Today when I was going to put the fan in my window I noticed that the wood was rotting alongside the windowsill. That wasn’t all though, paint was chipping up too. When I explained the situation to the window people, they told me that it was most likely due to poor home ventilation. I guess there must be too much moisture in the air, which causes wet insulation and less heat protection. I’m thinking its time to call someone who specializes in home ventilation systems.

Plano Dentist

Saturday, January 30th, 2010

I was on a business trip to Texas last week when I was a little late for a flight. I rushed through security and just barely made it on board right before the stewardess was getting ready to close the door for departure. On board the flight, which was about four hours, I had a little bag of trail mix. As luck would have it, I bit into a hardened piece of pretzel and chipped a tooth. I spent the first three hours at the airport, looking in a phone book for a Plano dentist.

Sleep Aid

Sunday, January 24th, 2010

For as long as I can remember I have always been an insomniac. Staying up until seven or eight in the morning, then waking up around one in the afternoon made the day seem like it was already gone! I decided that maybe it was time to talk to the doctor about getting sleeping pills. The doctor prescribed me a very effective sleeping pill and now I am finally able to get a good night’s sleep.

Build Muscles

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

I’ve always been interested in learning how to build muscles. My first experience came in high school when I signed up for weight training class. The teacher was also the head football coach. Being quite interested in the sport, but lacking the physical makeup to be on the team of yet, he assigned me extraneous work in addition to my weights which included carrying water coolers out to the field. Talk about a way to build muscles, that was it!
