New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine will return to work on Monday, and is recovering from his injuries stemming from a car accident on April 12th. The governor’s SUV was going 91 miles per hour at the time of the accident and the governor was not wearing a seat belt. Still no word on whether he will receive a traffic citation, since wearing a seat belt is mandatory in New Jersey.
