I really had no idea that people actually held Kentucky Derby parties. I would never have guessed that there would be a market for Kentucky Derby Party Invitations, but now that I know that they exist I think I would like to hold a Kentucky Derby party here at my house next year, of course with the proper invitations. I am pretty excited about this!

This is about month 3 of me saying that I really need to get off my butt and dust off my exercise equipment so that I can start losing weight before it gets really warm outside. I love wearing shorts when it gets nice out, and right now I would not be seen in shorts for all the money in the world!

Two of my wifes favorite cars are the Mustang & Corvette. We own a Mustang but she really wants a nice Corvette. You know how it is, these are the kinds of cars you want ever since you were a little kid and when you get older and can actually afford one you don’t want to come off the money for something so nice.
I have been in love with the newer Mustangs and I would really like to sell my old one to put a down payment on a new one. I really like how they are making the new cars with the old flair. It is neat to see how different these cars are looking over the past couple of years.
The new Corvette is awesome as well, they are doing the same thing as the Mustang did, giving it an older look with a more modern twist to it. I am so impressed with the ideas that they are coming up with for these cars and I cannot wait to see what else they come up with in the future. Imagine a 2020 car or something.
I do not ever really see like the 80s types of cars coming back in style because they all kind of look like shoeboxes with wheels. I wonder if people in the 60s and 70s thought the old cars looked lackluster, and they turned out to be a favorite over many different years. One day I will get off of the money to get one of these awesome cars!

The wife collects different types of mouse pads. She loves the things and has been collecting them for years. I have been searching for all kinds of odd ones and even rare ones. I found a bunch at this store online that I really think that she will like so I plan to get her a few. She has them all hanging on the walls in her computer room and it actually looks very nice.
I like finding the rare ones. Mouse pads are really neat, and not that many people put a lot of thought into them. There are tons of generic ones that people give away, but those are not the kind that she likes to collect.
I even ordered my wife a Muppets custom made mouse pad because she loves the Muppets. Mouse pads can be a great way to display your character to other people around the office, and also just around the house.
I quit using a mouse pad for awhile because I figured with a laser mouse I did not need one. The inside where the laser points out got really dirty, so I learned my lesson quickly. Even with laser mice you need a good mouse pad to keep your mouse in pristine condition.
I wish that my digital camera was working right now so that I could show you a picture of her computer room, it really is something to look at. I love buying her little things that she loves because it always makes her so happy.
