I really want to go some place that I have never been before so I am thinking of hitting up Las Vegas for our next vacation. I always prepare before going and making sure everything is in order. I want to stay at a big fancy Las Vegas hotel and have the true Vegas experience. I am a gambler by nature so I hope to make it soon.

I have one of the most killer migraine headaches ever in history right now. They have this place in NYC that specializes in these kinds of headaches and well I have been seriously thinking about going. Mine is spawned from a disease tho so I don’t know if they could assist with my case any. This would be great if they could tho.
