It is so amazing that people are totally ignoring the fact that our climate is actually changing because what we have done to the environment. A climate change is nothing to be shrugged off that is for sure.
We desperately need a change in our policies so that these climate changes do not become devastating, we need to work together to get these policies changed to save our environment! I was watching the videos on Energy Policy TV’s Climate Change Channel, and I was astounded at the actual climate changes that we are already seeing, and it seems like people just want to ignore it!
I suggest watching the videos on Energy Policy TV’s Climate Change Channel, and showing them to your family and friends, and encouraging them to show others, because this problem is being ignored. This is a huge problem that can not be ignored any longer! We need a change in policy, to save our own environment, we created this problem and it is up to us to take care of it now.

Okay, does anyone else find this extremely ironic? President Bush, who has led us into this futile war in Iraq, wants to get talks for peace in the Mideast going again. How can he even look himself in the mirror? He wants the Palestinians and Israelis to sit down and work things out by talking. I guess this is a case of “do what I say, not what I do.”

When Republican candidate for president Mitt Romney was asked to comment on the shootings of Iraqis by private security guards from the US, he said he was troubled, but wouldn’t comment further. The guards were in the employ of Cofer Black, a campaign adviser on Romney’s team. Romney said he’s saving his response until the investigation is completed. The guards work for Blackwater USA, a company that Black is vice-chairman of. They are accused of killing as many as 11 Iraqi civilians during a firefight.

A small community can really benefit from The Intelligent Community Initiative Website. It is hard to start to get businesses going in these small areas (by small I mean populations under 150,000) and if you are looking for ‘bootstrapping’ aid, this is a great resource. Anyone is welcome on the website that has concerns about global warming, high energy and health costs, a lack of jobs, and many other socially disturbing topics.
