When President Bush spoke at the United Nations this week, he mentioned the fact that Cuba is looking forward to a future without dictator Fidel Castro. Castro is now 81, and has turned over the country to his brother and a provisional government. Because he hasn’t appeared in public in more than a year, it seems likely he’s ailing or on his deathbed. Of course, the Cuban UN official walked out of Bush’s speech and denounced his statements.
