Well, President Bush has nominated someone to replace Alberto Gonzales as the United States Attorney General. His pick is Michael Mukasey, a retired federal judge. Now is normally when the arguing and fighting and accusations would begin, but surprisingly, both parties seem happy with his pick. Unless something completely unforeseen happens, it looks like the confirmation process will be a smooth one.
