Peace Fairs

Unlike the so-called debates we’ve been seeing lately - where each candidate gets a few turns to spout as many sound bytes as they can - MTV and MySpace are going to host one-on-one dialogues with the presidential candidates. People will be able to submit direct questions to a candidate via e-mail or instant messaging - and the candidate will answer them. I think this is a much better idea than the crazy debates we’ve seen lately that aren’t really debates at all.
